What is the upper and lower age limit to rent a car?  General rules are over 25 and under 75 however if you are outside this age range please contact direct as we have other suppliers we can arrange with.

How is payment made for the car hire? Payment for the actual car hire can be paid by either Credit or debit card, however when collecting the car the driver must have a credit card in their name to use for the deposit. If you do not have a credit card please call 0044 (0)113 3082016 as we do have suppliers that will accept debit card payments for the full rental. On all occasions please make sure available funds are on the card for the car hire and the deposit. If the card is declined the hire will not take place.

How do I cancel my booking? Please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  you must give 48 hours notice before you are due to collect the car otherwise no refund will be due. Alternativley you can call 0044 (0)113 3082016.

How do I receive booking confirmation? You will be sent an email shortly after making your reservation to the emal address supplied when your booking was made. What is the maximum number of points I can have on my drivers licence and rent a car? No more than 6 points or any major convictions.

What documents will I need to bring when collecting the car? You will need to have your full drivers licence (both parts if a UK Licence), credit card in the drivers name and also your booking voucher which will be emailed to you once your reservation is confirmed. Also you must have a 2nd form of ID, if you are a non UK resident a passport or if you are arriving into an airport you can use a passport. If you are renting a car in the UK and live in the UK a recent bill or bank statement to prove your home address will be required. ?

Will I be guaranteed the car i have booked online? No, when booking online you are only booking a certain class of car.

Can I reduce the excess? Yes you can, you can purchase optional excess insurance when making your reservation online. The excess on the car hire could range from £500.00 to £1000.00, please check the terms when making your booking. The Excess Insurance you can purchase on line gives you complete peace of mind at just a small extra charge per day. The policy will cover up to GBP 2000 of any excess; it can be used on any vehicle type and if we can't confirm your particular vehicle you can use it with any rental company so you won't lose out.
